Why some work is quoted

Document sets vary greatly. Price changes with page count, duplicate email chains, the number of separate events, language legibility and the urgency of the requested handover. We inspect only enough material to estimate scope, then provide a written fee before substantive review.

We do not use retainers or recurring subscriptions. A longer mediation or facilitated conversation involving more than one participant requires separate scoping, consent from everyone involved and a conflict check.

Confirmation and payment

No payment is collected through this website. Once the consultation is confirmed, the engagement note states the provider, purpose, limits, fee, date and cancellation terms. Invoices are payable by bank transfer. A deposit may be requested for document review or a reserved half-day.

If your enquiry is better directed to a qualified lawyer, trade union, works council or public authority, we say so before charging for a consultation. See the cancellation and refund policy for changes, no-shows and work already begun.
