Who this is for
This is the flagship consultation for an employee, manager or small employer facing a specific workplace disagreement in Germany while there is still room for a measured conversation. It suits concerns about changed duties, performance criticism, strained reporting lines, an unclear instruction, repeated conduct, a warning, or preparation for an HR meeting.
It is not suitable for an emergency court deadline, criminal allegation, immediate danger, or a request for legal representation. If a termination notice has arrived, act promptly: the period for challenging a dismissal in Germany is commonly three weeks. We will direct you to a qualified Rechtsanwalt rather than let a consultation delay legal help.
What you leave with
The result is a concise action note: a neutral chronology, the points that need confirmation, the people or internal bodies who may be relevant, and wording for one proportionate next step. That step might be requesting a written clarification, preparing for a manager meeting, speaking with a works council, or seeking specialist legal advice.
Included
- A short pre-session review of up to 15 pages
- A 90-minute private consultation with an employment-conflict adviser
- Separation of documented facts, recollections and assumptions
- Preparation for one conversation or written response
- A two-page action note sent within two business days
- One clarification email within seven days
Not included
- Legal opinions, court representation or correspondence sent in your name
- Psychological counselling, mediation between both parties or an investigation
- Review of audio recordings made without clear consent
- Tax, immigration, social-security or criminal-law advice
How the session works
After we confirm that the matter fits our scope, you send only the relevant employment contract extracts, letters, emails, meeting invitations and your own dated notes. We read up to 15 pages before the appointment. During the call, we build the sequence of events and test what each proposed response could achieve.
The provider is a senior workplace-conflict consultant experienced in German employment settings and trained in facilitative conflict practice. The consultation is available at our Frankfurt office or by secure video call. It is delivered in English; German-language documents are welcome.
Preparation and boundaries
Remove unrelated personal data and do not send medical records. Mark any deadline clearly. Please do not forward confidential material you are not entitled to share. A useful preparation note answers three questions: What happened? What happens next? What reasonable outcome would make the situation workable?
The fixed fee is €245 including VAT. Extra document review, if appropriate and agreed in advance, is €85 per additional 30 minutes. No payment is taken through this website. We first check scope, conflicts and timing, then issue written confirmation.
Your next step
Send a brief enquiry with the next known meeting or response date. We normally answer within one business day and will tell you directly if another professional or institution is the better first call.
